Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
• Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (Free): 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($9.95)
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days ($19.95)

Shipping Areas

• United States: All 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii
• International: Currently not available (coming soon)
• APO/FPO addresses: Standard shipping rates apply, allow 10-14 business days

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Track your package at any time through our website or the carrier's tracking system.

Shipping Carrier

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is based on your location and shipping speed preference.

Special Handling

• All products are packaged with care to maintain product integrity
• Temperature-sensitive during extreme weather - we may delay shipping to protect product quality
• Signature confirmation available upon request for an additional $3
